The head is manufactured from specialized ultra-low-lint, open-cell polyurethane foam that is cleanroom-grade, processed in controlled environments to minimize ionic, particulate, and fiber contamination. The foam is thermally bonded to the handle without adhesives to prevent leaching and contamination.
