128mm Square Foam Cleaning Swab SW-2607C3
The SW-2607C3 is a wide paddle-head cleanroom foam swab built for precision cleaning of printheads, wiper blades, capping stations, PCB surfaces, sensor connectors and other hard-to-reach areas on electronic industrial equipment. The 14.8 mm x 26 mm rectangular foam head is thermally bonded to a rigid polypropylene handle, so the tip stays firmly in place while the open-cell foam absorbs and releases solvent (IPA) evenly without leaving fibers, residue or scratches.
Key Features
- Lint free & particle free: open-cell polyurethane foam head releases no fibers or loose particles, protecting sensitive printheads and optical parts.
- High solvent absorption: the paddle-shaped 14.8 mm wide head holds more IPA or cleaning fluid, reducing re-dipping and speeding up maintenance.
- Solvent resistant bond: foam head is thermally bonded to the PP handle and is compatible with isopropyl alcohol; the head will not detach or degrade in use.
- Rigid 125 mm PP handle: stiff, non-bending stick gives controlled pressure for wiping guide rails, wiper blades and machine chassis.
- Cleanroom manufactured: produced in a controlled environment, suitable for Class 100 - Class 10000 cleanroom and SMT / semiconductor production lines.
